Cinema 21 is located at 616 NW 21st Avenue in Portland, Oregon. It is a locally operated and independently owned movie theater in the city. The general admission prices for shows which start after 6 pm is $8. The concession price for students with I.D is $7.

For general admission to the movie theater for shows before 6 pm, the prices are $6 per ticket and for students, it is $5. Children and senior citizens over the age of 62 are entitled to pay $5 for tickets to all shows.
