The Cedar Mill Community Library is at two locations - one is at the Cornell and Saltzman and the other is at the Bethany Village shopping center. Both the libraries together combine to provide 244,000 items to all age-groups.

These include magazines, books, CDs, VHS, DVDs, CDs, CD-ROMs, books containing large prints, books on CDs and tapes, newspapers, audio books which are downloadable, reference books and online periodicals.

This library also provides free access to the items available in the Washington County public libraries as it is a member of the Washington County Cooperative Library Service.
