Review:
The staff was very nice to talk with and help - non-smoking rooms with smell of smoke
No concrete insulation - a car was not necessarily needed - it was easy to take the MAX from the airport to the Econo Lodge - the room smelt musty - plenty of immediate hot water
A lot of guest at the weekend - the spa was out of service - close to freeway with noise - the toilet and shower were separated form the sink - Wi-Fi did not work - fantastic hotel and the price
The hotel was right next to public transportation train - great value - low budget hotel
There was plenty of space for 2 people - well-equipped bathroom - the hot tub was suitably hot
A good value for the price - the sauna Jacuzzi wasn't open all the time
Quiet room with no street noise - close to the freeway - the hotel was around the corner
Extra pillows on bed - exceptionally clean room - a fridge and microwave in the room
Fresh coffee available very early - the rate was lower than the earlier "Days Inn"
Breakfast was adequate with limited choice - decent size rooms with fridge and microwave
The air conditioner worked great - a pay laundry on the bottom floor with one washer and dryer
No coffee maker in the room - nice smell of room - the location across from Parkrose transit center/MAX train line - parking was a bit hard in downtown Portland - breakfast offered at 6am-9am - three floors without elevator
