The Downtown Value Inn is located on Montgomery Street in the heart of downtown Portland. Nearby attractions include Rose Garden Arena, Oregon Museum of Science and Industry, Oregon Convention Center, Oregon Zoo and Hollywood Theatre. There're 35 rooms on 2 floors. All the spacious rooms are featured with light-colored furniture, floral patterned fabrics, plenty of light and space and relaxing decor. The hotel provides guests with premium amenities and quality service.

Internet connection did work well at night - front desk clerk was extremely kindly and helpful - rooms were very clean with towels - staff was very friendly and well-meaning
Good location - front desk clerk was pleasant - convenience of parking - bathroom was nice
Proximity to Downtown - front desk staff was friendly and helpful - no elevator - parking was tight - rough working-class Hispanic neighborhood - clean and with large room - free parking was an added bonus
