Clean room with comfortable beds - concierge, desk persons, and bellhops were all courteous and professional - good continental breakfast - transportation by trolley was easy from the hotel - colors and decor were beautiful - great advice about eating, shopping was much appreciated - check-in was quick - very nice sized bathroom with large counter top - beautiful downtown view from window - excellent on-site restaurant
Close to Schnitzer Auditorium - rooms were clean, well appointed, comfortable and well-kept - room was spotless and well-maintained - staff was were helpful, courteous and had great ideas - breakfasts were delicious - rooms and views were fantastic - staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating
Hotel lobby was large and elegant - upscale well-kept property offered at a reasonable rate - rooms were cozy with comfortable beds - executive tower had larger rooms with slightly nicer furnishings - banquet food was pretty good - customer service in the Hilton was excellent - wonderful pool area - pool was excellent plus the workout area - large room with ample space to relax - nice lap pool - terrific concierge service (more…)

Great location in downtown Portland - within walking distance of tons of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping - close to the Pearl district
Hotel staff was very nice and helpful - rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious - loved their deluxe bathrooms - upgraded corner room was truly impressive
Room service was quick and tasty - the on-site restaurant Daily Grill served pretty good foods - valet parking was a little expensive at $29 - street parking was available outside
A great business class hotel convenient to everything in downtown - beautiful classy lobby and newly remodeled room were attractive - the internet access was not for free

We really enjoyed the wine hour - the hotel was unique, cozy and friendly - the restaurant in the hotel was very impressive - the hotel was right downtown, but very quiet
Within walking distance to Pioneer Place and some great restaurants - our room was luxurious and we loved the Jacuzzi - the doormen were great - the service at dinner was great
Rooms were well appointed and generous in size - the building was old but nice, with some lovely features - the bathroom was large, with nice toiletries and bathrobes - comfortable beds
Fluffy pillows - we had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it had a good selection - the service at the hotel restaurant was efficient and friendly - the free wine tasting in the lobby every evening was a pleasant treat
The hotel restaurant served a nice menu and a great wine list - our room was large and nicely furnished - upon arrival, the staff was friendly to our kids - the honor bar was fully stocked

The rooms were a little small but clean - comfy beds - great restaurants and bars upstairs - nice outdoor terrace overlooking the city - a great hotel on a good location - fair price - comfortable rooms, nicely decorated - welcoming staff - good room service food
Eco-friendly hotel - swanky decor - helpful - flawless free internet - across the street for the light rail for downtown and airport - superb service - an excellent value - good for business and leisure travelers alike - we opted for a package that included parking
